Breakfast is served as a buffet: homemade cured meats from our own production and a local butcher, cheese directly from the sheepfold, fresh cow’s milk, homemade vegetable spreads (zacuscă), eggs (boiled, fried, or omelette), pan-fried sausages, butter, olives, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, radishes, spring onions), eggplant salad or hummus, homemade jams, syrups, orange juice, fresh fruits, cornflakes, rolled oats, muesli, a mix of dried fruits and nuts + peanuts, oat biscuits, walnut biscuits, various types of bread, crackers, plain and fruit yogurts, honey, coffee, various teas, hot chocolate, spring water, and sparkling water.
At the guesthouse, you can purchase soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (țuică, palincă, homemade liqueurs, beer, wine, mead, cider), sweets (croissants, wafers, biscuits, cookies), and preserves from Cămara Dacică (jams, jellies, ketchup, vegetable spreads, pickles, pesto, etc.). These are crafted by us using natural ingredients and spices carefully sourced from the area around the Dacian fortresses or from local producers, without added sugar or additives, and sweetened with natural honey from local beekeepers.
